Technological change transforms how organizations make decisions, structure leadership, and compete in complex environments. Executive and senior leaders increasingly face strategic questions where the path forward is uncertain, the technology is evolving, and the organizational implications are significant..
Through STLI, UCF helps leadership teams address those questions through customized, faculty-led learning experiences. These engagements bring interdisciplinary expertise into executive conversations, helping organizations frame complex challenges, align leadership teams and translate emerging technologies into strategy, governance and organizational performance.
What Makes This Different
Executive Education through STLI is customized leadership training that incorporates the reality of rapid changes in a technologically driven world. Programs are designed around the specific strategic challenge, leadership capability need, or transformation agenda facing the organization.
Participants engage faculty from across UCF’s colleges and more than 200 disciplines, with expertise spanning leadership, organizational change, psychology, engineering, computer science, simulation, analytics, public administration, healthcare, communication, business and other fields. The result is an experience that combines academic rigor with practical relevance for executive decision-making.

Executive Education is primarily designed for C-suite leaders, vice presidents, senior executives, business unit leaders and high-potential senior managers who must guide organizations through complex technology-enabled change.
How Programs Are Built

Each engagement begins with the organization’s challenge. UCF works with leaders to understand the strategic context, clarify the capability or leadership need, and assemble the right faculty expertise.
Programs may be delivered as focused workshops, multi-day intensives, leadership dialogues or executive academies, in person, virtually or hybrid. Each experience is designed to leave leaders with frameworks, hands-on application, stronger alignment and practical next steps.
